Convert your house into a billboard and get free mortgage!

The recently created American advertising company Adzookie find creative ways to promote their activities and to distinguish the advertising market. For this purpose it will become the facades of houses in large billboards. However, Adzookie will pay the mortgage on the house of the owner of each month, while using the facade of his house in advertising, says CNN Money.

Adzookie bid announced on its website this week and only for one day the company has received over 1000 suggestions. This indicates its chief executive officer Romeo Mendoza. One of the answers to offer Adzookie even came from the church. "It really surprised me very much," said Mendoza. "I knew that the economy is in difficult condition but it is sad to see how many property owners distress."

Adzookie intends to display their logo and social networks in which it appears on the facade of the house of the willing. Their houses must remain painted in this way for at least three months, the period may be extended to one year.

Mendoza creates based in Anaheim, Calif., company before 16 months and at this stage relies solely on its own resources to manage her Adzookie builds and operates mobile ad networks in which local business can join for free, if in return for allowing the placement of ads of their mobile sites.

Moreover, advertising can be purchased against about 1 dollar per day. The company currently employs only eight people, but Mendoza is hoping to attract venture capital soon, which would expand its operations.

The campaign to make the houses in billboards can increase the reputation of Adzookie, but it will not be able to participate too willing, because the budget for the scheme was limited to 100 thousand dollars.

Furthermore, the estimated cost of repainting a house amounted to about 8 thousand dollars. After the agreement the Adzookie will have to repainted the house back to its original colors.

Houses of the lease and those hired, may not participate in the campaign. The restriction applies to dwellings in settlements where local authorities prohibit the painting of facades in bright colors.
