House Manager becomes a profession

Professional house managers will perform on a professional real estate management and will be registered with the Ministry of Regional Development and provide change.
"The presence of professional managers will improve the quality of management and maintenance of buildings as a whole and will eliminate the possibility of conflicts between neighbors," said Pehlivanov. "Such a practice exists in almost all European countries have gradually moved from a voluntary management condominium, which exists in Bulgaria, to professional management.
Another proposal approved on first reading, is the introduction of the function of a temporary administrator for new buildings. The aim is to overcome the administrative vacuum in their management that arises from their entry into service until the election of Governor by the General Assembly.
Other changes in the law concerning penalties for failure to meet commitments of house managers and condominiums.
On first reading the deputies approved the draft amendment of the Law amending the condominium, submitted by Council of Ministers.
