The complex is situated in the South-Eastern part of Sunny Beach resort, accessible by the existing asphalt-paved transportation network. To the East it borders on a protected nature park with virgin sand dunes and moderate vegetation. This allows a direct view to the sea and wonderful panaroma to the ancient Nessebar, Sunny Beach and SaintVlas. To the North it borders on the abundantly vegetated mouth of Hadjiiska river.

The architecture of the residential building is influenced by the Mediterranean architectural tradition. It is situated on a terrain of 4 319 sq.m., enclosed by a plastic fence made of solid and open-work elements. The 4-storey building has large terraces, spacious residential rooms, and 50 fully furnished luxurious apartments. Two smaller buildings are part of the vacation complex.

Only high-quality materials are used for the finishing works. The residents’ luxury is ensured by the internal fitness and spa center, barbecue, terraces and parking places. The yard space consists of an open-air swimming pool with plenty of vegetation and decorative tiles around it.
