The plot’s area is 12,144 dкa.  Almost entirely an asphalt road leads to the plot which is looking at the sea and the bay, where the river of Kamchia is flowing in the Black sea.

The level of the plot is higher than the level of the beach and offers sea view from ground level. About 500m devide the plot from the sea.

The plot is neighboured by two campings and all the communications are passing very close.

There is a need to pay the state taxes to change the designation of the land.
